　　锦工密集型空气悬浮风机设备叶轮主要由球墨铸铁精加工而成，双飞溅润滑设计，锥轴安装，氟橡胶油封，滚筒传动轴承，油视镜，铸铁外壳，精密螺旋定时齿轮或球墨铸铁转子，V带传动，封闭皮带防护罩可拆卸前，柔性连接，溢流阀，风机消声器，消声器安装止回阀组件，振动隔离器和进口过滤器等部分组成。密集型空气悬浮风机工作时，风机主动转子和从动转子以相同的速度沿相反方向旋转，两叶轮间有较小的间隙，密封性好，不直接接触，可无需润滑。当转子转动时，空气被吸入到鼓风机的进口侧，并在转子的每个叶片之间的口袋中围绕机器的外壳行进。一旦在风机的排气口侧，空气被强制排除，然后通过风机内部，起到鼓风的作用。
